My experience with this laser hair removal company leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, to schedule an appointment they NEVER attend you, they always leave you on hold and after 3 minutes they hang up on you. Secondly, they do not keep a strict control of the sessions, since despite having written that I have two sessions left, they have called me and told me that I do not have sessions available, which is not the case and despite expressing my disagreement They have not found me any kind of solution. Lastly, the machines leave a lot to be desired, one day you may be touched by some of the ones that don't hurt and another day you may be touched by the most painful ones, it depends on their availability at the time. I will not contract laser sessions with them again or any type of service, they leave much to be desired.
